Hot Cast Polyurethane Lagging

Hot Cast Polyurethane Lagging offers an ultra long life product especially suited to new and OEM pulley applications. Polyurethane is cast onto the pulley surface which results in a finish that has superior abrasion resistance, increased material shedding capabilities and an extremely strong bond with the pulley shell. Hot Cast Polyurethane Lagging offers a cost effective alternative for all non drive pulley applications where extension of service life and lowest cost of ownership is of the highest priority.

The Safe-T-Drift Heavy Duty Belt Misalignment Switch, is made for
applications requiring a unit which caters for high speed belt applications, having a pre-warn trip contact and a final trip contact, both individually adjustable.
Dual operation (ie. right hand /left hand is also available). It’s unique spring/cam operator ensures long, trouble free
operation, in the most severe environmental situations.

The SAFE-T_RIP heavy duty Belt Rip Detector is magnetically or mechanically operated, utilising the inherent reliability of Reed Switches or Micro Switches. The Reed Switches are encapsulated
in a robust, non metallic enclosure.

An external santoprene rubber boot assists in excluding dust and dirt from the plug and magnetic socket assembly.

Safe-T-Lanyard Stainless Steel Pull Wire Rope is a UV Stable Red Polyurethane coated 304 Stainless Steel 3mm ID x 5mm OD 6 x 19 construction wire rope, designed and manufactured for the purpose of a lanyard emergency stop pull wire system.

Rubber Lagging

Rubber pulley lagging is a high quality synthetic rubber lagging product utilising manufactured using our 2 polymer construction process. All our rubber lagging is designed to increase conveyor performance by eliminating belt slip, increasing water shedding capacity and extending pulley shell wear common in un-lagged pulleys. The P Series secondary cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. Used in conjunction with a primary cleaner, the P series main function is removal of residual fine product which has passed through the primary cleaner. P Series cleaners can be installed in tandem to provide optimal cleaner system efficiency or used in conjunction with water sprays for the ultimate in belt cleaner performance.

Belt Trackers

Belt trackers are designed to suit the individual needs of the conveyor application. H-Type - SEC000000

The H Series primary cleaner is suitable for vulcanised belt applications where a combination of high performance cleaning and low maintenance belt cleaning solution is required. The H-Series cleaner removes up to 80% of carry back materials left on the conveyor belt after product discharge.

Tunnel Track

The Tunnel Tracker is suit to applications where belt tracking poses an ongoing issue to conveyor performance. By deforming the conveyor belt, the Tunnel Tracker forces the conveyor belt to maintain the desired position. Best suited for short centered and reversing conveyers where belt tracking can cause problems with conveyor reliability.

Solid Woven PVC Rubber Belt

Where access to a conveyor is limited or material is to be shed to one side of the conveyor, the RazerDiagonal Plough is best suited for these applications. Diagonal Ploughs are available in single and reversing models for any conveyor application.

U-Type

Specifically designed to effect greater cleaner performance at the centre of the conveyor belt, the U Series is best suited to conveyor belts which have a greater wear profile through the centre of the conveyor belt. The cleaner blade profile removes a greater proportion of fine carry back from the worn area of the belt where other cleaner variants style may have a tendency to pass over thus leaving the finest of particles in place.

Chevron Rubber Belt

South East Conveyors and Engineering stocks a comprehensive range of CHEVRON cleated Rubber Conveyor Belt in specific widths, with various cleat heights & patterns & rubber cover compounds. All cleats are integrally molded with high abrasion resistant qualities. Where the angle of inclination of conveyors exceeds 18° utilisation of a Chevron Belt is recommended. Our C6 is suitable for 20°incline, C15 for 30° incline & C25 for 40° incline. In all cases the cleat designs ensures contact with return rollers at every cleat transition.

Non Slip Fatigue Matting

Anti-fatigue mats are manufactured to absorb impact and rebound, thereby reducing leg pressures and strains. They also provide a non-slip surface making them ideal to keep your work area safe and incident free.

Our fatique matting is a black profiled rubber that is 7mm thick and comes in a 10m roll that is 1830mm wide. The matting is specifically designed with drain holes and a studded back to allow for air and water flow, that makes it ideal for use around wet area’s and in ute trays.
